Reserve Restaurant

I was surprised this wasn't listed as a must visit in Tbilisi. I think anyone visiting the city should come here. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was perfect. The waiters are professional, always keeping an eye on the table in case we needed anything, and the entire experience from start to finish was sophisticated and delightful. We had the eggs benedict with smoked trout and caviar as well as the cottage cheese pancakes. Both were exceptionally tasty. Also a plus that both dishes were halal.

This restaurant enchants with a sleek, thoughtfully designed interior, where expansive glass creates a bright, airy feel, accented by warm wooden touches. Open from 9 AM, it’s an inviting choice for a delightful breakfast. FOOD: We came primarily for breakfasts, but the menu extends to European cuisine and includes a special set of Georgian highlights, likely a perfect introduction to traditional flavors. We explored nearly the entire breakfast menu, and every dish was exceptional. The trout pancakes were a highlight—tender, juicy trout paired with delicious pancakes, delivering a balanced, robust flavor. The caviar toast became my favorite, with its clever blend of butter and eggs adding a unique twist. The buckwheat porridge with mushrooms was delectable, the goat cheese flavor faint, which I found to be a plus. The club sandwich lived up to top standards, brimming with generous fillings for a truly satisfying bite. From the main menu, we tried the black cod salad, which I highly recommend; the fish was remarkably tender, rich, and subtly sweet. The burger was also very tasty, with a well-balanced, juicy mix of ingredients, though the meat itself lacked a strong presence. The only letdown was the Napoleon, its layers a bit dry and the cream less generous than we’re used to; the honey cake, however, was outstanding! SERVICE: This is among the finest restaurants for service—truly the best we’ve encountered! It meets European standards, a welcome relief in Tbilisi. The waitstaff are courteous, efficient, and refreshingly unobtrusive—our sincere thanks! VERDICT: This restaurant surpasses all others we’ve experienced in Tbilisi. With exceptional service, thoughtful chef’s surprises like apple pie, and outstanding ingredients—many cultivated on-site for superior quality—it’s a destination not to miss. I eagerly recommend this treasure to anyone discovering Tbilisi’s culinary scene.

Definitely a must visit restaurant in Tbilisi. Great food, attentive service and very cool vibes. There were 5 of us and we ordered a few appetizers and entrees to share - very happy with everything we had ! Presentation, taste, quality - superb! Came back the next day for breakfast too ( skip the coffee tho )

The service here is simply the best in Tbilisi. We’ve tried many restaurants, but this one really stood out for its outstanding service. The atmosphere inside is also very pleasant and welcoming, and of course the food is delicious. They also offer lovely little compliments, which makes the experience even more special. We’ve already been here twice, and both times everything was excellent. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

One of Tbilisi’s absolute best. Reserve Restaurant is in a league of its own. From the very first visit, Reserve stole a top spot on my personal list of favorites in the city — and only a couple of other places even come close. What makes Reserve truly stand out is the exceptional level of service, unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere in Georgia. Attentive, professional, yet never intrusive — it's clear that service here is treated as an art form. The menu is a masterpiece. I had lunch with their crab and potato rosti — flawless. For dinner, I tried the scallops, the tempura salad, and the black cod. Every dish was perfectly balanced, with bold flavors and elegant presentation. This is food that lingers in your memory. What makes Reserve even more impressive is the thoughtfulness behind everything. They don't just serve "Georgian cuisine" in the classic sense — they craft a distinct culinary language rooted in Georgian depth, but influenced by Scandinavian and Asian gastronomy. It’s creative, intentional, and entirely their own. They’re serious about transparency and quality. Everything from the cheese to the meat and fish is produced or sourced with complete control: cheese made in-house with a nod to Georgian tradition but a completely new texture; meat from carefully monitored farms; even the sausages are made from scratch using ingredients like grape seeds. Absolutely worth a visit — and many returns.

Absolutely amazing experience at Reserve on 9 April Street! The atmosphere is warm and elegant, and the service was outstanding. The waiters were super friendly and attentive—they even noticed I was wearing a hat and brought over a hat hanger without me asking. Small touches like that make a big difference. We started with complimentary starters: their special bread made from grape seed flour, house-made butter, and a small toast—unique and delicious. For mains, I had the Pork Milanese and Seafood Risotto—both were beautifully cooked and full of flavor. For dessert, we enjoyed their handmade ice cream and another dessert that was just as impressive (wish I remembered the name!). Everything was top quality, and the whole experience felt thoughtful and well-executed. Highly recommend this place—I'll definitely be coming back!
